Right. Oh my word, that’s subtler and yet more complex than I was expecting. So much going on it’s hard to pin it down flavour wise. Funky, certainly. Woody too, berry fruit, some citrus in the tail.

Aromas of raspberry jam, red berries, touch of almond. Flavours of raspberry jam, tart red fruits, quite a dry number. Tart dry aftertaste.

Left. That label has not aged well as others have pointed out. Was hoping for more of a rose petal or vinous taste with that name, but raspberry it is, in old London Town. Thbbft!!!

Oh you have to be kidding me. Stunning. Absolutely stunning. All the dry fruit combine with wine complexity and Belgian beer funk.

This is very small glass territory. Surprisingly golden in colour for being a barleywine

I love a cherry beer particularly when feeling a bit shabby

White sugar with cherry juice saturated through, glacé cherries on sniff but also with an oaky, gamay wine tannic element. Sip is more sweetened cherries - light overall but a hint of woody cherry stems and old, stale cherry skins.

Lovely. Soft mouthfeel with a dry aftertaste. Is a monoblend Geuze a bit of an oxymoron?

One off found in the cellar. Very nice though watermelon is elusive. Acquaintance stated he dislikes watermelon since it reminds him of human flesh - I am now worried
