2019/2020 Season. Damp cellar funk, berry tannin & pulp, moderate and soft acidity, semi-dry, beautiful balance. Fruit is so well incorporated, let’s the base of the beer really shine. Classic, how fruited mixed culture/spontaneous beer should be done.

Naso con timbro chiaro e persistente di lampone. In bocca emerge l'acidità tipica del lambic di due anni, tuttavia in un buon mélange con la frutta. Esempio molto buono dello stile.
