De momento mi favorita de Cantillon. Ácida, con un leve tono brett acompañado por la fruta. Las frambuesas se hacen notar. Ligera con gas marcado, muy frutal, fina y chispeante. No es dulce y tiene una muy buena acidez. Final seco. Una delicia espontánea.

Immense nez de fruits, rarement vu (senti) ça. Goût plus délicat! Framboises ++ délicieuse.
