Mildly tart. Well balanced. Red fruit, but also quite complex (mustard???). Not nearly as sweet as some other lambics

Had my first lambic over the weekend…what a crazy flavor profile. The sour tartness came through with strong raspberry undertones. Hopefully the first of many 🍻

Probably one of the easiest drinking lambics I’ve ever had. Fresh raspberries. Beautiful, I can’t wait until my next! Pretty flawless in my opinion.

Framboos komt zeer sterk naar boven, maar toch nog iets te jong gedronken. De zurigheid komt hierdoor toch iets te veel naar boven. Mooi etiket wel

La #cerveza es una #lambic llamada ROSE DE GAMBRINUS. Un pelín ácida, muy sutil y nada agresiva. Afrutada, con frambuesa y envejecida en barrica de roble durante dos años. Por cierto, la madera se puede oler.

Almost all fruit, none of dat Loon funk, I guess it hasn’t changed! But when there is Cantillon on draft, I must take advantage. 5oz, 7.5*
