Full on unadulterated lambic action, loads of acidic funk, gutted i only have one this is the beer you would want to try year on year to see how it changes. Incredlibly dty.

Смак зусім не той што я чакаў. Хутчэй у saison нешта, бо мне падаюцца ў смаку збор ураджаю, скошаная трава і крыху падгнілыя яблычкі. Вельмі прыкольнае.

Even bij de brasserie gekeken. Klein proeverijtje eerst. Goed zuur, funky. Vanochtend uit de ketel gekomen. Edit: op de foto is de ‘jonge’. We hebben nu de originele waarbij verschillende lambik’s gemengd zijn. Veul lekkerder! Mooi, mini zoetje!
