J 13 bierotheque La reine des gueuze se présente devant moi. Nez funky proche d un cidre. L acidité est bien contrôlé, une pointe d amertume finale. Une des rares gueuzes que j aime bien.

Clear gold blond beer, thin bubbly eggshell head. Aroma: sour, farmhouse, stable, hay. Taste: sour, tart, rather smooth, dry, a bit apricot (stone fruits), low bitterness and astringency. Good carbonation.
