My first Cantillon I believe. I enjoyed it in small doses. Not too acidic.

Really good lambic. Get a lot of apple, some grapes maybe plus sour and tartness.

Also good with notes of dill pickle chips but the Tilquin did beat it out overall. Bottled 2021
