Cracking this one open from my 2017 Brussels visit. Effervescence is definitely getting softer but still holding up pretty well overall.

Dégustation à l'aveugle de 11 geuzes, la suite plus tropicale, fruits à chair jaune, pêches, citron. Pas full de funk. Mais bien du fun.

usual excellence for this style from brewery. super clean only minimal yeast + super smooth. superb execution / mix. sadly not getting as much complexity in lambics here as expect. drops from 4.25

Turbia, carbonatación media, ácida, aromática, frutal, especiada, pimienta blanca, seca, delicada, cuerpo ligero, baja bien y en el regusto la acidez se mezcla con un amargor bajo. Una cerveza compleja e interesante. Celebrando los 42!
