Dusty hay barn nose with quite a portion acidly smell like white unripe grapes. Taste is tart and very dry. As a non-sour lover I really like the taste here. Surely a lot of vinegar but it has a fine dry reference to grapes. Am I starting to get sour🫣😳?

Sour but wow. There's a depth of flavour and it hits every tastenbud - sour, sweet, dry.
