Lekkie, ale jakie przyjemne. Słodkie, winogrona, brzoskwinia. Kwaśne, było trochę konia, ale nie dużo. Fajny balans słodkiego i kwaśnego. Jak dla mnie mega, ale ilość gueuze, jakie wypiłem można policzyć na palcach jednej reki.

Brute femier et odeur de vin elle est tout autre en bouche. Très légère carbo qui vient renforcer l'effet vin. Une acidité légère qui sublime son goût particulier

Bottled October 2015. Gracias Adam. This is beautiful: gentle golden wheat base on a gooseberry winey oak barrel. I get mimosa and white peach, gentle apple juice, wheat fields and apple orchard, light barnyard stable, mild Brett must/funk. Summer vibes.
