C’est bon même pour moi qui n’est pas amateur de gueuzes. C’est doux et léger, sûre mais rien d’intense. Le goût de la gueuze remonte au palais, c’est pas désagréable, mais je ne suis pas vendu au style non plus.

Aparte smaak. Wel zuur maar ook een soort van houtsmaak erbij. Beetje droge witte wijn afdronk.

Honestly the nicest gueze I’ve ever had. Smooth and sour but also delicate. I might have seen the light.

Bottled 2020. Funky and tart with lots of cider vinegar. More complex than the Mariage Parfait: maybe too complex for this Geuze novice.

Lambicit ovat olleet aina itselleni vaikeita, tämä ei ole poikkeus. Tuoksussa lähinnä hentoa vehnää ja maussa kevyt kukkaisuus ja happamuus läsnä. Näitä pitäisi juoda lisää jotta olisi enemmän sanottavaa
