Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) Bundy
I don't think this one has survived the journey to Moscow that well. Some definite off flavours on first opening it.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Bundy
This is Cantillon, but not as we know it Jim. Is this the real deal? Sweeter than usual vintages, not the typical Cantillon sour edge, or mouth feel for that matter. Hopefully I can get to the brewery next year to try the real thing.

I love chipotle chillis, but I'm not convinced that is what has been used here. If I'd hazard a guess, I'd say Ancho chilli. There is a nice very minor glow at the back of the soft palate though. It's dry. Not much smoke unfortunately.
