Kjøpte i 2015 til 15 euro på De Molen-webshop, vært med på utallige flyttelass. Morsomt at den har holdt seg . Bra kjellerfunk, litt mye aceton på finishen, flat selvfølgelig, Ingen feil.

Never been the biggest fan of the flat lambics. Pretty sharp and throat burning. Medium acidity. Moth balls and old hops.

Sheesh, last tried the 2006 in 2010. 2012 bottle, bottled 2015. Clear gold. Still still. Mellow funky aroma with autumnal fruit, old lemons. Then a little sourer than suggested with apples, grapefruit, vague stone fruit, gentle wood.

Subtle hibiscus and floral aroma. Pours a light orange hue. Still amazingly has some carbonation after 11 years. Subtly tart up front with hints of stone fruit. A little farmhouse funk on the back end.

2012 vs 2016-17. Aged wins, still it’s never gonna be to everyone’s taste a flat lambic. Fun to compare
