Light red wine nose, front of body is super clean and light fruity the back end picks up a light black peppery tarty funk that gets more tart as it warms. Glad we stuck around Toni N. !

A very interesting fruity and heavy black pepper notes coming right out of the gate. Fantastic bottle share here at Afterthought.

Aged parmesan and faint rubber on the nose. Surprising amount of body, more cheesy character, and loads of oak. Faint sweetness on the finish.

Tannic berry, subdued oak, deep and jammy fruit character. Not too crazy on the acidity.

Got tired of the 4 oz. pours. This was on draft so I got an 8 oz. Itâs the typically tart gueze, but it doesnât finish quite as dry as some of the others. Ends up being fairly drinkable. Also has some Belgian yeast notes that come out over time.

Trying to stick to Cantillon or Dre Fonteinen since I donât usually have those. A traditional lambic. Itâs tart and dry but not as dry as the ones I have been drinking. I wouldnât call a lambic crushable but this is pretty drinkable for a lambic.

Lambic Day at Afterthought! This vintage Fou Foune is right at the cusp of turning super sour, but still drinking in its prime now, tons of fresh stone fruit, but you definitely get that puckering tartness starting to take over. Delicious!

My first Cantillon. This beer is made with blue honeysuckle berries. Fruity aroma. Notes of grapes and prunes but itâs muted because itâs very tart and dry. Fabulous. #lambicdayatAfterthought.

Funk, dark berry, lemon citrus, touch of oak nose. Ripe dark berry, lemon citrus, dried fruit, skins. Very well balanced, could use just a hint more carb.

Bangers on tap at Afterthoughtđ This is fantastic. Plentiful apricot on the nose, slightly thick well carbed body with plenty of ripe apricot. Light tart linger. Delicious! Thanks for bringing this in @thorpe.
