Nez parfumé et frais sur la levure brett, bonne matière en bouche, bon équilibre acide amer. Puissante et longue. LA gueule de référence, rectiligne.

Annoyed at myself that I somehow forgot to pick up the Gose from my earlier brewery visit. But then I found this at home…happy days. Picked up from (the now closed down) Green Elephant in Falmouth a little while back I’m guessing.

It's not worth $100+, but it's true that it's perfectly executed. Perfect texture; slightly on the dry side. Flavor is balanced; not too sour, sweet, or anything.

Zodra de kroonkurk er af gaat, kruipt de echte kurk langzaam omhoog, spannend maar beheerst. En zo is ook de smaak: de spannende zurige smaak van dit type bier maar niet te gek, eerder een soepele allemansvrind, leuk om kennis te maken met deze producent!
