Took the BeerSavvy Boot Camp course today and the instructor brought us a 2016 to try; pretty generous! Plum, strawberry, and soil on the nose; carrot, lime, and vanilla flavors.

Got this at beer shops wild event this year and I know it’s not the fanciest cantillon but the gueuze will always be on of my favourites, very funky nose with subtle green apple notes, very light and zippy carbonation with a slightly acetic tartness
