Famed bar from ye olde days on Ricky Steves suggested places to visit. Not sure I’m a fan of the Lambic style. Too tart.

Very skuny smell, like marijuana. Taste was ok, very sour.

A very traditional lambic, what can I say? It has all the characteristics in place; soda-like to drink, dry finish and struggles to hold carbonation in place. Well done, but nothing too special.

Bittere gueuze. Lekker, maar bijzondere smaak. Aangenaam zuurtje. Er blijft iets kruidig na.

Bør drikkes innen 20 år stod det. Produsert 15des 2021. Smaken vil utvikles. Sikkert, men god no og. Laga heilt utan sukker
