De knaller uit de doos Oude Gueuzen tot zover. Ooit al in eens Vlaanderen gedronken en nog steeds memorabel. De perfecte mix tussen zuur, zilt, moutig en fris. Dorstlessend, drinkt door en blijft lang hangen. Hele zachte nasmaak.

Mörkt gyllegul i färg, skummet lämnar löddrig rand. Elegant bubbel. Doft jästig, aprikos. Munkänslan len, stilla bubbel, avslutet halvtorrt. Utmärkt balans; frisk, lagom jästigt, lätt sötma, torkad aprikos, äpple. Strålande Gueuze! Buteljerad 2019-12-26.

Heerlijke gueuze zoals een gueuze moet zijn: friszurig, appelgeur, vleugje bitter. Naar mijn smaak nog altijd een topper.

375ml bottle. was worried when the top of the cork seemed wet, but it's intact and tastes as good as always. one of my all time faves. can't see that changing anytime soon. savouring every single sip. closest i can describe is..yummy balsamic vinegar?

This is the scale. So clean and ideally balanced, with notes of funk, barrel, yeast, hops, light white pepper and cardamom, grey fleur du sel, green apple skin. Perfect! What a delightful Monday!!
