Première Cantillon. C'est un produit tout en finesse, le côté acidulé étant à la fois dominant mais sans être exagéré. C'est vraiment bien fait.

Probiótico para antes de comer. Madera, acético, tartárico. Mucha manzana y ligeramente solvente y láctica. En boca muy seca y un poco astringente, pero sale un suave matiz maltoso. Muy compleja. . Largo retrogusto ácido.

On the 12th day of 🎄, the sun came back, the F1 title was decided and we cracked open this beast of a Lambic. What a delightful and complex beer. Leather aromas, in mouth is dry, sour and tart as expected with wine touches and the funkiness of Brett. 🔝

Remote working beers with Niko T. Bottled on January 2018. Almost four years old now. Not as sour as the previous version I got my hands on. Mellow, tart, dry and vinous. Just awesome.
