Lol, just realized that never checked in this one. Tart, Cantillon funkiness. Earth. Light to medium sour. Gentle. Smooth. Low to medium carbonation. So easy drinking.

Distinct funk, a very likeable, "elegant" kind of farmhouse note upfront, followed by fruity sourness and a sherberty, puckering aftertaste. Don't know of anywhere else with Cantillon on tap.

Première gueuze/lambic pour ma pomme, j'ai trouvé ça bon et intriguant ! Curieux d'en découvrir d'autres ! 🍺

Poussiéreuse en tabarnak, tout en finesse, pas agressif du-tout, va se développer avec le temps très certainement. Très bonne bière. Le fond était funky en criss. (Lol)
