Bloedrood, helder, normale prik, best stevig zuur, fruitig (kriek), niet bitter noch IPA, eerlijk en puur zonder kleurstoffen en zoetstoffen, wel eenvoudig (geen houttoetsen ed.) in smaak

usual excellence for this style from brewery. super clean only minimal yeast + super smooth. superb execution / mix. sadly not getting as much complexity in lambics here as expect. drops from 4.25

Dusty hay barn nose with quite a portion acidly smell like white unripe grapes. Taste is tart and very dry. As a non-sour lover I really like the taste here. Surely a lot of vinegar but it has a fine dry reference to grapes. Am I starting to get sour🫣😳?
