Since I broke my ankle in September and have been mostly house 🏠 bound I thought I would aim towards a goal I can do. Get to 5000 unique check ins by the end of the year. This is it 😃 time to try Cantillion for the first time to toast to this occasion

Clear gold blond beer, thin bubbly eggshell head. Aroma: sour, farmhouse, stable, hay. Taste: sour, tart, rather smooth, dry, a bit apricot (stone fruits), low bitterness and astringency. Good carbonation.

Tout premier cantillon, foin au nez, très pommes vertes, granny. Une acidité incroyable.

Nice citrusy flavor comes first and little funky flavor follows Tart and nice acidity makes me appetite Feels like back in Brussel Marry X-mas
