Very acidic, oxidized, apple cider vinegar, graham crackers. Fun to finally tick but wish I could have tried a decade ago. Thanks Ryan!

Whoa. For the first time blown away today by the deep woody funk combined with a dank musty grape. I almost feel the earth from which the grape grew. So complex and still showing signs of vibrance. No doubt benefited from extra conditioning. Outstanding!

Cognac, concentrated wine notes, light apples, white raisins. Light carbonation. Ice wine feel. Super complex. Light dust. Notes of caramel. A amazing!
