Very smooth. Light sour flavor that has a crazy smooth finish. Yeasty and oak notes take over the finish. This beer looses some sourness as it opens.

Metallic pine aroma initially the opens up into barnyard notes. Nice delicate fruity flavors. Notes of grapes, pineapple, and pear. Resembles a glass of sparkling wine. Dry finish but not tart or bitter.
