Taste test 3: It's sooo fresh! Wine-like quality but much more sharp berry flavour than you usually see (at least according to Jesper). Surprisingly sweet for such a sour affair. Incredible!

As lovely as ever, and that’s coming from someone who isn’t a big cherry guy in beer. It’s lightly tart and vibrantly tart, perfect counterpart to the huge stout we are having next to it.

Those that know me know I don't like sours but, when I Rome. Cherry notes are great and this beer doesn't disappoint. I'll give a rating as if I liked sours but not my favorite tonight.

Bought it from the brewery in 2018 and let it sit for 5 years. Opened for our 26th anniversary. Absolutely perfect.

Another treat from Kirk. This 2018 bottle was fantastic. Light cherry flavor and tartness. A fantastic example of the style and the age made it perfect

I've had this bottled before & was a solid 4.75, loses a little something on draft for me... So have a photo from our Douro river cruise from earlier... The sights you see ⛵
