After a not great birthday, I managed to break the cork into pieces, some of which went into the beer. Served poured through a strainer. You know, sophisticated.

Having the 2016 five years after I brought it back from Belgium. It's amazing. Funky. Light sour. Cherry notes. Well balanced. Super tasty!

What an incredible lambic, very dry and sour with an absolute abundance of tart cherry flavour, an incredible grape and apple flavour in the background leading to an intense earthy and floral flavour, light hints of pepper and herbs with an acidic finish

How do you even start with this? Absolutely incredible, it starts with heavy fruit, a strong grape and cherry flavour, quickly changing into almost a wine, with a smokiness from barrel ageing, and then a sourness to finish.
