After 10 years on my shelves, the cap opens with a worrying sticky substance fizzing through the cork. Still well carbed, there’s a touch of oxidation that’s brought an almondy sweetness to the fore. Very drinkable.

Oldest Cantillon kriek in my cellar. It’s hard to make out the date, but it’s bottled in March so it’s basically the 10 year birthday. Tart cherry, oak, Brussels basement, vanilla, bright lemon, and cinnamon cherry pie. Killer 🍒 🤤
