Great little taproom in Vatican City side of Tiber River on Rome. Enjoying a rhubarb sour from the best lambic brewery in world...Contillon in Brussels.

The rhubarb is gentle. It's nice. Think I preferred the crumble in pangolin the other day.

Fantastisk lambic! Frisk, sprudlende, intens. Syrlig og lidt bitterhed fra rabarber. Afdæmpet sødme, der bliver holdt fornemt i skak. En fryd.
