Étrangement bon avec un steak medium saignant! L'acidité parfaite, sans tout cassé. Encore une fois, parfaitement balancé avec une belle acidité

Japan is a beer lovers dream! So cheap! Medium sourness. Tart cherries. Light barnyard funk. Sherbet, lemon, balsamic vinegar. Crisp, dry finish. Beautifully balanced. Bench mark sour for sure. So enjoyable.

Super tart. I get some cherries and estery alcohols with a crazy amount of freshness. Can't taste all the nuyances over this much sourness. Must be the sourest beer I've ever had.

Reminds of very dry and sour red wine and/or cider. Very funny aroma, unusual, not very appealing. Just this is not a mass kriek, so not for everyone.

Delicious. Tart of course. Sour cherry, yes. It's woody. A bit spice. Very delicate. Funny how it's kind of one for sipping but I could also get totally plastered with this.
