This is quite good aswell. Maybe somewhat watery after the thick and heavy pastry stout. Still a very fine lambic with great taste of mature cherries.

Super tart. I get some cherries and estery alcohols with a crazy amount of freshness. Can't taste all the nuyances over this much sourness. Must be the sourest beer I've ever had.

Oude Kriek Boon Erinko

Wow. Very pleasantly matured kriek. The common sweetness of young variants of this style is gone and this is now pleasantly tart. Superb.

Blanche De Mikkeller Erinko

Quite a strong beer flavour in this one. The bittering leaves a taste of dandelion which I don't fancy much. Besides those, this is a rather refreshing beer. Just not something you would expect of a witbier.

Grolsch Premium Lager Erinko

Very refreshing. Very slight taste of saaz and esters from the yeast are just enough to cover the dull and keep it interesting. Very close to neutral though. Could be much more agressive and still be called a pilsner.

Definitely the best sour I've ever had. Looks fantastic, head is great. Doesn't even smell bad. And the mouthfeel is phenomenal. So good.

Slightly overcarbonated. Taste is spot on. Medium body and a nice touch of bitterness. Great basic beer. 😊
