Fine red color, no foam. Aroma: fine sour cherry, flavor: spritzy, dry, long lasting round cherry taste, very fine tartness, maybe a hint of oak, extremely pleasant linger

Heavens knows how long I’ve had this but it’s BBE 12/2015. Shows how the blending in gueze brings balance and complexity - it’s kinda raw in comparison- and yet is still completely marvellous. Advent calendar day 23.

Quite thick with slight carbonation, refreshing soft tart cherry and oaky herbal flavours, sweeter than i expected.
