2015 flaskning. Fin forventet duft af krudtrøg. Behagelig karbonering (der ér karbonering). Smager også som forventet af mandler og bær. Virkelig tør. Lige på grænsen af at have stikkende syrlighed i eftersmagen. 75cl flaske. Super i solen.

I wanted this to be good and it was exquisite. Tartness that lingers slightly inside the lips and on the gums. Cherry flavor only suggests itself and balances with the acidic sourness. Cantillon makes magic. The rare beer that deserves a 5.0.

Backlog. Zrobiło mniejsze wrażenie niż przy poprzednim spotkaniu, ale wciąż bardzo dobre. Mam wrażenie że wiśnie bardziej jakby z kompotu niż świeże, z pestkowymi wtrętami. Chyba też mniej kwaśne. Nice

Angenehm sauer, schöne, natürliche Kirsche und prima funky. Kann so ziemlich alles und ist jeden Cent wert. Cantillon vom Faß muss man einfach mitnehmen.
