The initial tartness of cherries comes in at the beginning but quickly yields to a bitter herbal and woody note, and then after that just let the complexity do its thing.

Oh snappp, really tart, packed full of cherry, as i’ve said before, not the biggest cherry fan but nonetheless a very nice lambic 👍
