I wanted this to be good and it was exquisite. Tartness that lingers slightly inside the lips and on the gums. Cherry flavor only suggests itself and balances with the acidic sourness. Cantillon makes magic. The rare beer that deserves a 5.0.

Finally able to travel back to Belgium to stock up on more of this so I guess I can crack into this bottle I’ve been hoarding for a year. It has dried out nicely. Fuckin amazing.

Bottled on 14 May 2014. Moderately tart with incredible (!) oak and cherry highlights. Finish turns a bit more sour, growing in intensity. Wow! Another great bottle, Walt. Thanks again!

Бляха, будь он в магазинах и очень доступными то я бы его постоянно брал. Просто топ. Очень крутой ламбик который можно пить на постоянку. Можно смело брать ящик на след лето

Napia afrutada del bosque. Giste efímero, blanquecino. C° muy suave. Fácil trago. Sabor suave, dulce, afrutado, cerecero, con un punto cítrico. R° efímero agrio, final limpio. Espectacular.

En aroma Destacan las notas a cherry establo pasto cuero cascara de limon manzana verde En boca es acida mucho cherry hasta en retrogusto tart, seca cheery pasto limon, frizzante y ligera.

Vintage version, I've had this bottle since 2015! Have to say it has aged beautifully, super good!
