(4.1) taste follows the nose, with sour cherries upfront with layers of apple and that classic lambic funk in the back. The finish is dry and leaves behind a mix of the cherries with subtle funk and yeasty notes. Good balance

Amazingly complex. Sour but not overpowering. A bitterness unlike anything else I have tasted. Very complex. What a find by Matt! I like it a lot!

Alo kroket! Wat een subliem evenwicht tussen zoet en zuur, bijna een Chinese schotel deluxe. Deze kriek wil ik snel op een Brussels plein soldaat maken onder een parasol.

Alors oui c'est très bien fait rien à dire mais voilà la cerise ce n'est pas mon truc mais j'ai voulu essayer avec ce classique mais c'est sûr la cerise ce n'est pas pour moi

A Classic but first time rating. On the nose, very light cherry notes, deep down there's a delicate sweaty quality as there should be. Quite a well rounded palate, with a semi-sharp acidic finish. There's some cherry, but all wrapped up nicely. Lovely

Vermelha e turva. Aroma seco, frutado e azedo. Sabor a frutos vermelhos com fortes notas acidas e azedas. Bastante carbonatada.
