Concentation renversante, on goute la chaire sucré de la cerise. Coté un peu dessert léger, genre mousse cerise griottes peu sucré

The aroma is cherry pie and red wine. The flavor is wheat/grain, tart and slightly sweet cherry, lots of cherry, some funk/vinegar, red wine and oak. It is well balanced and delicious. I am imagining myself being in the garden of a Belgian Brassiere.
