Bottle leaked in the cellar. Cork’s a mess. Sour AF. Oxidized. Still very carbonated. Didn’t intend to hold onto it for so long.

BIG funk. Raspberry is still holding up. moldy notes? Like funky blue cheese

2010 on the cork, big pop and gushed a little. Lightly murky purple, cloudy pinkish head. Nose is musty raspberry and Bleu cheese, funky dryer lint and lightly vegetal. Flavor is jammy and cheesy, so much berry though and it'd so clearly raspberry.damn
