#TBT: my favorite gueuze/vintage of all time. Frank used to crack this and the β94 on the regular. Oak, peach, basement, horseblanket, vanilla, lemon, cedar, and airborne lactic bacteria, clove, and yeast funk. Medium to strong acidity. Perfection ππ»
