2017. Deep and complex vinous character. A little more tart than Scarabee but that minerality and deeper funk was so excellent.

Excellent lambic, a été bu après une grosse stout c’était le seul moyen de récupérer le palais en vrac.

Beauty. Bright and fragrant grape lambic. Just the right amount of medium tartness - funk pretty minimal. Lovely rose coloured pour.
