The best lambic I’ve had. An explosion of sweet cherries with an elegant balancing tartness on the side. Pretty as a picture as well.

Sun is out, birds are singing, that means it’s Lambic time! Perhaps should have let this mature, but sod it, couldn’t resist!

4.40. Bottled 04/12/2021. Fresh cherry and fruit bomb. The aroma is not as aggressive as RdG but still very attractive. Of course lighter and sweeter than vintage. But it's still also lighter than freshly bottled RdG.
