Lite funk, lav syrlighet, middels karbonering, middels intensitet fra bringebær.

Nose is berry-ish and tart. Taste is sour berries, hint of jam. Astringent finish.

Soooooo good. Not as sweet as I expected, quite dry actually. Delicious start to ththe evening!

.37cL, nice cork pop and mousse head that dissipated quickly. Poured brickish-red, making me think this could be older than 2019. Musty fruit and some funk.

A nice raspberry smell and taste. Slightly sour. This might do well in summertime!
