Never had a gueuze that had lower acidity than this. Just a fresh tartness in the finish. Still all the old books and cigar box you want from an old lambic. Citrus notes too but never sharp. Cheese, and lots of damp basement notes. Low carbonation. Wow..

Thanks Frank, I’ve had the 94 and 96 a bunch of times, but this is my first time with the 93. It’s boner inducing for sure….antique sea wood, multiple jizz stains, lemon juice, barn, and 90s complexity. Shockingly good, and perfectly cellared for 30 years
