This 35+ year old bottle (dated for the oldest lambic included) has held up remarkably well, both visually and through the sip. Musty and funky. Slight oxidation, but zero carb. Not anywhere close to "salad dressing". Tad acetic, but very enjoyable

Big news calls for big beers! This has held up surprisingly well. Probably not fair to rate it.
