I don't care for ticks, but that one was fun to try after hearing so much about it. No Brussels sprout anymore beside a light vegetable green note in the back other than that, beautiful aged gueuze! Nice lemon bite and oak, dusty funk, sesame, apple, ...

lci 23.09. didn't get any brussels sprout. maybe some subtle vegetal notes in the background. it tastes like a well aged geuze. cork was smelling like maple syrup 😆🤷‍♂️

lci from monday. definitely a case of being at the right place at the right time. the lambic took over this beer and there is zero brussels sprout flavor. still a more than fun tick 👻🐋
