Super! Well aged in the bottle. Vineous with tart peachy taste. Great stuff.

Wow! Every bit as awesome as I hoped. Like a Cantillion Gueuze but a champagne version. The base is the grand cru, but it doesn’t have any residual sweetness. The effervescence has its own special bitterness and a brightness. Barnyard funk and wine
