Me ha gustado acabar con esta cerveza. Nada que ver con cualquier otra Cantillon. Esto se deja las finuras y sutilezas. Densa, alcohólica, potente. Más una barley o un jerez que una lámbica. Cantillon saliéndose de su zona de confort y lo hace bien.

How can I describe this? Refreshing, sour sherry is the best I can come up with. Smells like sweet sherry, has a sweet but sour kick and a strong alcoholic aftertaste. Really good, but I couldn’t drink much!

Moeilijk afscheid nemen hier. Dus toch nog even een " lambic high density".. Sherry vibe met tonen van honing en hout. Zoet/ wrange afdronk. Het wordt een eentonig verhaal ook dit is verrukkelijk.
