Wow. That's beautiful. Metallic mandarin offset by a creamyness, touch of vanilla pannacotta. Mint. Lemon. Gorgeous, so well made.

Like a mouthful of sunshine and summer. The salt adds to the depth of the hops and malty nose. A wonderful, yeasty experience and it goes down with very little effort.
