2015 vintage - best in the threesome - aroma absent but more velvet mouthfeel with the barrell work still here with hint of roast & vanilla

Aged in six different type alcohol barrels, this beer has way too much going on...

Not sure if it was infected or just kept fermenting in the bottle, but I lost half when I opened it. Lots of sugar stuck to the glass. Meh.

A total gusher still. Should name it "Big Bland" instead of "Big Blend." Disappointed, and Jay W. and Dr. E. were right.

Cap probably means it’s 2015, fridge cleaning, plenty of carb but nothing else to it. My fault for sitting on it so long (though does that cap say best by 2025?)
