Fy for satan, man skulle nok skrive det var en sour, det var dog forfærdeligt og så til den pris 99kr. For 40cl. Fruen er heller fan og det var hendes.

Acetic, vinous smell. Beautiful copper hue, almost liquor-like texture. Sharp sourness, funky, green apples, gueuze-like. Then w/ warming, more woody and citrusy tartness. Drying, short finish. Lengthy aftertaste on bergamot bitter peel and floral notes.

God og syrlig, heftig bergamot smak som gir en bitterhet som ligger lenge. Lett smak av brød, ikke av de beste lambicene jeg har smakt men fortsatt en jævla god øl.

LCI from last night. Interesting and unusual lambic. Exclusively sour and tart, full of fruits, with a touch of bergamot and citrus.
