Sweet immediately shifts to tart cherry. Hints of cherry jam that tastes like cherry pie filling. Just the right complexity to be enjoyable throughout.

Another cherry sour from the Mikkeller calendar, this time a berliner. It was pretty enjoyable, but it lacked anything really standout.

#6thwindow. Hallo, lecker Kirsche im Glas. Da hat der Nikolaus aber was leckeres mitgebracht. Reife Sauerkische, fruchtig, saftig, spritzige Säure. Trocken liegt's mit einer Prise Funk auf der Zunge. Lecker Weisse, könnte dabei gar noch saurer sein
